Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Hudson, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of critically ill patients.

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

• Educate patients and their families about medications, procedures, and post-care instructions.

• Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions and progress effectively with the care team.

• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely posting of tests and examination results.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain Florida license within 60 days of hire).

• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience (MICU/SICU/CSU experience considered).

• Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire/transfer.

  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required within 6 months of hire/transfer.

• Skills: Strong critical thinking, service excellence, effective communication, and computer proficiency.

Compensation & Incentives

• Pay Range: $33.00 $46.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
